Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product or other appropriate remedy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
